Monday 30th January, 16 of our students took part in the Credit Union Quiz in Dooley’s Hotel. The girls had a busy January, with quiz training after school with Ms O’Sullivan and Ms Carlin. The girls represented the school so well on the night and we are very proud of them. Well done girls.

Ms Mannion and her family played some traditional Irish music for us. The girls listened to some music and danced the Siege of Ennis. It was wonderful to have such talent and live music in the hall and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Basketball Blitz – 6th Class A team of 12 6th class girls took part in the inaugural Holy Cross Invitational Basketball Blitz. The Mercy travelled to Tramore CBS hall with Ms Deegan and Ms Holohan. The girls had a great day and even managed a stroll to the local playground between games.
